Meet The Team

Pat Patton

Bonnie Leonard

Bonnie started her career right out of high school, working in the shipping and delivery department of Bausch & Lomb Optical in Waco, Texas. Three years later, she took a position in the accounting department of Cox's Retail Department Store, having no previous accounting experience, and thus began her next 53 years of working in the accounting field, working AP, AR, payroll, commissions, benefits, and some HR functions.

Greg Jurls

Greg has worked in marketing and communications as a director, producer, and writer for Texaco, NASA, and Texas A&M University, held several jobs at television stations, lead multinational crews in Russia and Kazakhstan numerous times, and worked with folks like Clint Eastwood, Paul Newman, Tim Allen, President George H.W. Bush, Aerosmith, and many others. He spent nearly 15 years working for a large international franchisor as their Multimedia Director, leading a team and visiting franchisees throughout the United States and Canada, before taking the opportunity to join Boulder Designs and Border Magic as a franchise coach.

Suzie Powell

Les Sander

Mr. Sander owned and operated a Border Magic franchise for several years prior to joining the corporate headquarters as National Franchise Representative in 2005. He was instrumental in developing several aspects of the Boulder Designs systems, many of which still are in place today. Mr. Sander was given the role of COO upon Boulder Designs and Border Magic being acquired by Mr. Mogavero in 2016.
